Theatre Next Door features a black box theatre and backstage area with retractable seating and state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems. As well as a café bar that will initially be open for audiences during performances, Theatre Next Door also boasts three rehearsal rooms with sprung floors, all available for hire.

The theatre has hosted several theatrical as well as corporate events. Theatre Next Door has hosted various events such as ACM Lab, Mela Tlaqna (Jon Malia Documentary), Opening Doors, Times Of Malta, Helen ‘O Grady, Seed Dance School, Malta Short Film Festival, Skald, Teatru Salesjan, Udenjza, Alegria Dance Academy, SOPA and many more.

The theatre is available for hire for theatrical events as well as corporate functions or lectures. The theatre has retractable seating which ensures the space can be utilised as much as possible in different configurations. The theatre is also fully equipped with a sound system, and lighting system. Extra equipment such as microphones (hand held and head mics) , 8k laser projector, screen, smoke machine, bubble machine and more are available for hire during your stay.
